"I stay at this hotel every time I visit Korea, and for good reason — I truly can’t find any flaws. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and most importantly, the staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, made a lasting impression with their outstanding service mindset. After a long flight, their warm welcome and professionalism helped me relax and feel at ease. "Pleasant hotel with charming and helpful staff, great cafe and excellent rooftop restaurant. Breakfasts are mega. Wonderful kingsized bed, strange transparent glassed-in bathroom. Who needs to be seen in the shower or on the toilet?? On a hilly slope for those with walking issues, please note, but relatively near subway, and across the road from airport limousine bus. Many good cafes in area."
