"The condo had everything we needed, and was clean, however there were a lot of ants on the main floor, mostly in the kitchen. This should definitely be looked into and maybe some traps set. There was a washer/dryer which was great and room service each day to change towels."

"Check in was easy, but I had booked 4 rooms through Expedia. It had me name the occupants of each room when I booked, but I paid for all 4 rooms. When I checked in, two of the people who I booked for cancelled, so I needed to change the name. Expedia would not let me change the names of the occupants without canceling the entire reservation and rebooking. The problem was the rates had gone up since I booked it and I found other family members to take the rooms when I found out I couldn’t just change one name on one room. Upon checking in, I was informed that they needed to see ID for each named occupant to check in, even though I paid for all 4 rooms. The person at check in was very nice but told me it was an Expedia problem and I should have worked it out through them. He eventually complied and let me check in for all the rooms. Sounds like they need to work out better relationships with their partners.
Overall the hotel was nice and felt like it had recently been renovated. They were still renovating the bar/restaurant. There was a leak in the glass in the shower of room 209, but we managed to keep it clean and dry with the bath mat but it was soaked. Overall a great place to stay on the cape if you don’t demand much from the hotel. We were there for a family reunion at a home so we spent very little time in the room. Great location just on the end of Main Street so easy walk to everything. I would recommend hotel."
"You never know what you are getting into when you pick a spot. This place was 8+ on the reviews. I arrived there for my stay. I was surprised at the value of the price I received for a two night stay on Cape Cod in the summer. No, it's not beachfront, or next to a beach. Don't care about that. The harbor was seven minutes away and access to the Holiday Inn Express was very good, easy. Signs could have been a little closer to road for earlier visual cue, but not bad. Plenty of food around and 5 minutes from Barnstable Airport for anyone flying in. Yet, the place was quiet from any kind of noise.
I did not try the indoor pool, but looked well kept. Unfortunately, my schedule would not allow me to sample the breakfast. I did get to see it on my way out the door. No time to grab any, had to get to ferry to get to island. If it opened at 6 instead of 630 am, would have been more helpful for me and my schedule. The food selection looked excellent and appetizing.
I wouldn't hesitate to go here again, after this experience. If you have dogs, they do allow dogs. I didn't bring mine, to pay attention to requirements or rules for dogs.
Happy Travels folks. Stay here for a great experience."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Harbor House Inn. The room was very clean - which is extremely important to me. Raj is so friendly and makes you feel right at home when checking in. The hotel proximity is walking distance to the harbor, main street, shops & restuarants. I would definitely stay there again."
"The 2 pool were very clean, but the floor around the indoor pool was uncomfortable to walk on. The room was very clean but had a big round stain on the carpet. There is coffee in the lobby and a microwave in the room. I am a senior citizen and they put me and my daughter on the 2nd floor so I had to do the stairs with bad knees. The hotel is a good location for downtown Hyannis"
"Love this place. I have stayed here 4/5 times now, always in the same room. The location is perfect, just a block from the harbor for morning walks or an early evening concert, and a block from Main street with so many shops and restaurants. Try Colombo for delicious Italian food and pastries, and the Daily Paper and Beyond Bagels in the morning.
Its a quick drive to JFK Beach Park or a larger beach just down the road. The staff is lovely and so accomodatiing. Its a great place for value, comfort and convenience."
