"The cottage is in a great location close to Main Street and the harbor. Easy parking at the cottage and it’s in a walkable area. Decor is cute and nautical, but it does feel like the cottage is missing a few things. It sleeps 4, but there is not enough seating for 4 in the living room. An additional comfortable chair would be nice. A stackable washer and dryer would also be great, but there is very little space for anything- we even had trouble finding spots for our luggage. "It was great! There were 7 of us and everyone got their own bed! We were able to walk to The Black Cat to see our friends perform. We celebrated my daughter's 27th birthday and enjoyed spending time together. We cooked breakfast one morning and dinner one night. It was perfect. Thank you!!"

"I would not choose to stay here again. Very low quality in terms of the beds, linens, maintenance of the property. It seemed more like a party house than a retreat as advertised. The location is close to downtown Hyannis but misleading as it is not a cute cape cod house or location. Very industrious, no outside space, no dining space. Check in process was very challenging."

"We had a great time at Hyannis Hideaway! The location was PERFECT! We were no more than 6 minutes to the beach. 2 minutes from stores and restaurants! AC units in every room to keep us cool. The house was so clean and spacious for our big group. We can’t wait to go back!"
