"Surprisingly, the area is super quiet and in the middle of DC for dirt cheap. The only issues were mice and rats (in the center of DC) outside the property - closer to that garage and the room had a smell. Do not park on street. Parking in the garage directly down the street for $22/day rather than $52/day next door. We only had to pay 1 fee of $22 because we had our car parked multiple nights without leaving :) "
