Cleanliness - Good . other than this everything is Bad Staff - Terrible and Worst Food - I don't wan to talk about it Electric Plugs are not universal very bad in that aspect Over all Terrible experience

The property is clean and the room that we selected was spacious. Slow internet connectivity and limited cable channels or other in room entertainment. The staff do not respond soon and there was a electricity outrage at midnight for 20 min. The breakfast was very limited and taste was average even for South Indian food. Recommended Punjagutta area instead.
