Beds are nice

The service is good, beds are nice and clean, but that’s pretty much the highlight. Overall the hotel felt aged and lack of good maintenance. Would not be a priority to stay again.

The service was good in all phases of our stay. However, we did not expect such an untidy restroom. Especially, the condition of washroom, the plug sockets and shower lotion holders condition (just to name a few). As this is an expensive stay, we thought the rooms would be much cleaner.

Room Service was bit lagging,staff at the breakfast are very kind and courteous but have few opportunities for the hotel room service to improve the service by replenishing the toiletries on the daily basis rather then reminding everyday to topup.

Stayed at Greenpark in Begumpet for 2 nights. The most disappointing part of this stay was the food- we were served spoiled curd rice which was shocking and could easily have led to food poisoning. We reported this to the staff and despite our concerns the head chef insisted that the product was good. The medhu vada served in the continental breakfast was also poorly made. Not what you would expect in Hyderabad at a “ 4 star hotel”. Would not recommend.

The room pictures on the expedia site are grossly misleading. They do not have desks in-room. The room wasn't clean either - you see hair fallen here or there, shower not working. Bathroom basin sink was clogged. Poorly maintained and the staff was ignorant, forgetful and often slow to react.
