The club level rooms were Amazing and the staff was so kind and hospitable! The lobby restaurant was superb with so many options to choose from. It was delectable. Shirin was especially kind and attentive. The only complaint about my stay is it was too short!

This hotel is very clean and pleasant ambience inside. Hotel staff were exceptionally good and courteous. Breakfast food is very delicious and have all Indian and western items. Staff were very attentive and they make sure you taste all kinds of foods. I was thrilled when cook came to me asked what do I like to eat and he is ready to make it for me. Good job Avasa.

The hotel had so many beautiful details (patterned marble flooring, statues, fou tains, paintings, carved panels,.etc). The staff were very professional and went out of their way to be attentive and friendly/welcoming. We would like to especially mention Biplab for checking in with us each time we saw him and offering us a tour of the grounds. Also chef Uday and the entire staff of al fresco dining. I have utilized many hotels in my global travels. This hotel far exceeds even the Ritz Carlton standards. I was impressed with each and every detail I experienced in my eight day stay. For any business executive, this is the hotel to utilize as there are many benefits to utilize! I will definitely be staying at this hotel for all future visits!

I been to this hotel and others in HYD many times over the last 20 years and even though now there are many fine hotels in Hyderabad the ITC Kakatiya is exceptional. Their overall quality, service, amenities, food, and water are if the highest quality. Given these if you want a luxury tourist hotel in HYD their price is very reasonable.Given HYD traffic they are reasonably close to the city center if your are touring Hyderabad. And overall not too far from HITEC city, although there are good...

I was supposed to go out sightseeing & visit the historic sights of the city, but the hotel comfort (nice food, fast wi-fi, comfortable room) made me lazy. The days went by so fast & I ended up sightseeing on my way back to the Airport, which is a good ride thru a well maintained green zone on the highway to the airport.

Comfortable stay. Only thing is I could not adjust air conditioning

Improvement and Trained staff needed in House Keeping, Avoid over charge Laundry service which the will ask cash instead, Mini Bar = Mini Robbery, But everything else is beyond expectation which over shadows these minor issue, Not to forget Pawan and kiran at Melange Restaurant on 1st floor. Heard someone complain about very few variety in buffet, for me i could not taste every thing in 10 day stay, very enjoyable stay, must try. Thanks The Golkonda Hyderabad Staff
