"We were travelling in Europe with our daughter while it was her 16th birthday. We chose this place to have a few relaxing days to recoup and enjoy her birthday. Not only was the place exactly as listed, the host was amazing! When we arrived she met us, complete with a welcome gift basket of local favorites and there were essential food items/condiments so that we could actually prepare food. Not only did she do this, but she also surprised my daughter with a birthday dessert! We loved this...

"Our group came from Many countries and have experienced many villas together in many countries . The bonus point with villa Aria is access to the beach and kayaks and paddle boards provided as well as a lovely swimming pool and tennis court . My only suggestion will be add some hand rails for the stone steps going down to rooms . "

"I loved the view from all of the decks on the property. Each room on the main and 2nd story had a view of the Sea. The basement rooms had a nice patio to enjoy. The amenities were amazing and the pool was awesome after a hot day. There are plenty of grocery stores and dining areas to visit as well. "

"We (family of 5, 3 teenage girls) enjoyed our stay at this house a lot. It was extremly quiet, as no neighbours were around. The pool as well as the house were clean, and regularly the pool man Kosta came to check on it. The house itself is very spacious, large living room. You can walk by foot on a gravelroad to the beach (5min), where it's not a sandy beach, but the water is just perfectly clean and nice. We also enjoyed other beaches in the area, as well as visiting the archeological sites....

"The property is stunning, even more impressive than the pictures. Very comfortable bedding/living areas, 3 kitchen areas, central AC. The house can be thought of as three separate units technically, but can be all open as we had it, a lot of space for groups or families to gather together while also having some privacy. The patios are huge - we loved gathering on the top patio in the evening and stargazing while also having the view of Spetses across the sea. The pool area was also very...
