"Thank you for giving us an incredible home base for exploring Texas Hill Country! We loved all the spaces for gathering, inside and out. Renting both the "main house" and the Casita for my parents gave them plenty of privacy, which was wonderful. We adored petting and feeding Espresso, Latte, Lorenzo, and even Miss Cookie the cow! "I booked this ranch for a end of the year teachers trip and I must say it was well worth it! We so enjoyed the beautiful sunset hill country view and the peacefulness. We weren't far from the wineries or downtown Fredericksburg. The owner was really kind and very accommodating to anything we needed. I would most definitely book this place again."

"Took a weekend getaway just my mom, brother and myself. We were super super excited loved the place awesome quiet and close to so many wineries. Super super clean house pool was super clean but unfortunately weather didn’t permit to use. We will definitely book again the whole family for a getaway."

"We had a great stay at the farmhouse! It was very comfortable and quiet with beautiful surroundings. The house was very well appointed including a fenced yard and tennis balls for the pups. My toddler really enjoyed the chickens and peacocks and walking around the pond. Everyone liked sitting on the back porch. Proximity to town was very convenient but felt miles away from the crowds downtown. Would recommend, especially for big groups."

"Hirschbach Haus was everything we wanted for our friends and family bi-annual reunion. We found a cozy rustic farmhouse that has been lovingly up-dated without removing any of the original charm. Big king-size beds with wonderful linens. More towels in the bathrooms than we could use. Someone had fun with a labeling gun as almost everything was labeled. This made everything easy to find and operate. Tons of silverware, plates and glasses. There was even a Canadian coffee cup that was used daily...

"From the first message asking about the property, Emily was a delight. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. The house is extremely cozy, has a beautiful backyard with a great fire pit for some late night wine and chocolate. The location is wonderful, walking distance from nice restaurants and bars; please check Reck’em Brewery a few blocks from the house and get the BBQ Nachos, you wont regret. We will be back without a doubt!"

" First why is this called blanco river resort when you get there it’s clearly Tillman resort, confusing? The cottages were very nice, clean, inviting.
