Light-filled, spacious villa with stunning sea views from the living room and associated terrace. Located on a quiet side road / cul de sac on a 2000sqm plot with mature trees.
Giens is so special because it is not - as otherwise the French Riviera - is completely built.
From the house you can at various points to the sea: in creeks or to the two, very different, each with 12 km of sandy beaches that form the land bridge. Likewise, many hikes, walks, bike tours & day trips. Paradise for water sports: kite surfing, sailing, diving ...

Final cleaning obligatory for 80 € - payable in cash on departure. Linens & towels can be provided for 15 € per set available. Pets are allowed for 25 € fee per week.
