Located on the first floor, near the city center of Hyères but in a very quiet location, the apartment has a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Apartment completely renovated in 2025. You will enjoy a pleasant terrace of 65m2 equipped with garden furniture, garden table, gas barbecue. The living room is air-conditioned. Dedicated parking space for your vehicle in front of the accommodation. For more comfort, we have equipped our accommodation with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed (double bed downstairs and single bed upstairs) and a sofa bed that you can use if necessary, however we remind you that our accommodations are limited to a maximum of 4 people. If needed (on request only), we can provide a travel cot. Our animal friends are not allowed in the accommodation (or outside), thank you for your understanding. Parties are not allowed. We remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please use the ashtray provided to smoke outside.
We live in the apartment above and will be present to ensure arrivals and departures.
