War bestimmt mal gut. Im Moment ungepflegt
Die tatsächliche Lage war nicht exakt erkennbar. Nach Betrachten des Luftbildes hätten wir Objekt aufgrund des Umfeldes nicht gewählt. Gartenmöbel nicht nutzbar (Schimmel, kaputt) Pflanzen im Kübel vertrocknet. Ein Nachbar wechselte die fehlenden Glühbirnen, stellte uns Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung. War sehr hilfsbereit. Die Duschkabine war verkalkt. Es wirkt einfach nicht ausreichend gepflegt. Das passt nicht zum hohen Preis. Wir werden das Objekt nicht noch einmal wählen.
