Excellent but customer service needs work.

Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere.

Bon rapport qualité prix. La taille des chambres est correcte et tout est extrêmement propre. Le petit déjeuner offre un excellent choix de boissons et plats salés ou sucrés ainsi que des fruits frais. Le seul petit bémol est le manque de pression d’eau dans la douche ainsi que la température de l’eau parfois diffà régler.

l'hotel et surtout les chambre sont dans un etat trop vieillissant, le chauffage ne marche pas dans toutes les chambres, les salles de bains sont tellement usees que cela fait presque sale. Le petit dejeuner n'est pas a la hauteur, la charcuterie est luisante ou au contraire avec une couleur peu inspirante.tres mauvais rapport qualité prix général

Hôtel très sympa avec piscine bien que très proche de la route. Très bon accueil, personnel agréable et compétent. Petit bémol sur le couloir menant aux chambres qui sentait les pieds ou la serpillère mal lavée. Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes dans la salle de bain de la chambre ce qui est compliqué pour une famille de 4 personnes. Sinon très bien dans l’ensemble.

Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain correcte, bonne literie , néanmoins quelques points sont à revoir : l’accueil est poli mais sans plus , la climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas ( il faisait très chaud ce weekend) , une lampe de chevet était défectueuse, de la poussière sous les lits . Au petit déjeuner, pas d’œufs ( rupture d’œufs !!), une baguette de pain pour la totalité des clients.. bref nous ne reviendrons pas.
