We rent a flat T2 of 22 m ² for 2 to 4 people ideally located in La Capte (Hyères) in 2 minutes on foot of the beach.
Walking distance: 2 minutes from the beach, kitesurf / water ski school and Ibis hotel / spa, 8 min from La Capte city center (pharmacy, supermarket, post office, restaurants, rum etc.).
Environment surrounded by bike paths, 6 minutes by car from Magic Wolrd and the airport, 8 minutes from La Tour Fondue in Giens (boat trip to the Golden Islands) and 15 minutes from downtown Hyères.

The apartment, located on the first floor, includes:
- South-facing air-conditioned living room / kitchen with fold-out BZ sofa for 2 people
- a bedroom with a double bed and large storage cupboard
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a private terrace facing East. The terrace is accessible from the outside passageway (5 m from the entrance door of the apartment).
Wifi and television available.
Shared washing machine in the residence (free).

Booking only for the week, from Saturday to Saturday.
Prices :
- 750 € in July and August
- € 630 in May, June, September and October
- 500 € from November to April

Options: cleaning (60 €), sheets (20 € / bed)
