    It includes one living room, dining room and open kitchen,3 bedrooms and 1 office on a closed ground of 1000 m2.
    The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace on the back of the house.
    You can park 3 cars in front of the house.
    Everything is done on foot :shops and restaurants at La Capte at 500 m and on the Port at 800 meters.
    You can go to the beach without crossing a road
