"A gem of a hotel and with an incredible history, as well! The staff was second to none. Tim at the front desk was our first impression. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He personally came to collect us as we waited for our room to be ready (we were early). He told us a brief history and where we could find historical displays and eatery recommendations. The staff at the house restaurant, Spruce Farm & Fish was equally impressive - as was the food. Breakfast was outstanding! The Boulder scramble with a lavender mimosa was the best start to the day. Outstanding staff included Keith, Ashley, Kelly & Canyon. "

"Our stay was very nice. When we received our bill, they charged more at the hotel because we paid at the site and it wasn’t shown at Hotels.com that it was cheaper to pay when booked. So heads up everyone, it is more money to pay when you get to the hotel rather than paying on the website for hotel.com!!! I am not happy about this! Disclosure!!I don’t like surprises "
