"Our stay at Gillian's flat was at the end of a month long trip to Scotland. It was a comfortable and spacious place to rest for a day before, and during, our adventures in Glasgow. We were able to walk to several of the sites we wanted to see. For those places that were further away, there is a bus stop nearby. Gillian's guidebook provided all the necessary information for our stay at the flat."

"I had a great time as the apartment is so nice tall ceiling huge windows and super location. Only negative would be the carpet which is super hard to keep clean being a light color and having so much traffic. Just a suggestion …. Wood floors!"

There were instructions for everything (except for the towel warmers we never did figure out how to put them on) Gillian offered to troubleshoot but it was fine without. "It says the place sleeps 4 people and is not equipped as it should be for 4 The pots and pans are in a bad shape with the non stick coating coming off and the handles all loose and unstable. No basic tools available to even tighten a loose handle The tea cups were stained. There were no extra kitchen towels. No kitchen linen. The quality of the towels is so bad that all the lint comes off onto your body They have provided only 1 face towel when the place says it sleeps 4 people. When...
