"I booked a Classic room and was presented with a dark, dirty room with tattered pillowcases, tired bedding, a distinctly broken bedside telephone, a lighting fixture hanging by its electrical cord above the bed, and a generally depressing ambiance. I complained and was upgraded to the Diamond Suite which was marginally better but came with a broken tv remote control and no bathroom towels. "I had a pleasant and memorable stay. The location in GRA Ikeja is quiet, clean, and easily accessible. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed offered a touch of luxury and great comfort. However, there was no view from the room, and the staff could be more welcoming—they rarely smiled or made guests feel at ease. The hotel kitchen was also quite slow, with food sometimes taking over an hour to arrive. I'd recommend exploring nearby restaurants for quicker options. Overall, it was a nice experience, but faster service and friendlier staff would make it even better."
