Stay away! Incompetence. Lack of Customer Service.

The employees could not find the Hotels.com reservation when I checked-in. So I paid them directly. This continued for 6 days until they suddenly found the Hotels.com reservation and then expected me to pay again for the same 6 days. I refused so they kicked me out immediately and I had to scramble to find a place and get there with 0 notice.

La estadía fue muy buena desdé la entrada al hotel excelente servicio de sus empleados, lo único malo es la prestación del servicio de parqueadero el señor que lo administra es muy descortés no sabe tratar a la gente y es muy grosero y descortés.

Find a better option

Pretty good location but overall very disappointing. The pictures make it look much better than it is. Room was very small and cracked tiles as we walked up the stairs to our room. NO HOT WATER! Also, we asked the gentleman at the desk for a recommendation for a good place to eat dinner. He said to go to a place called Senor something (we couldnt understand the full name). We get to the corner and its a Chinese restaurant. Really? We are obviously tourists as is apparent given our limited knowledge of the language. We're visiting Colombia. How about some local fare? Just very strange to us. If we had to do again, we would have stayed along the road on the way and close to Juntas.

El lugar es sencillo, comodo para estar de paso. Sugerencia cambiar las almohadas duras. Aunque pueda parecer que tendras calor de noche el ventilador es suficiente, por lo menos para la zona.
