"Communication via email even before check-in was consistently prompt and helpful. Check-in was smooth and front desk staff was very accommodating and answered our questions clearly and confidently, especially Keoghan. The room was big and very clean. Amenities are impeccable -- complete kitchen paraphernalia with dining table, toilet bidet system, shower stall, closet with lots of hangers, there's even a shoe horn. "Brilliant modern room that was spacious for 2 adults and 3 children. Hotel was walking distance to Ueno train station, great local food spots, shopping etc. If you like walking, Asakusa is only a 20minute walk along one road. Uneo station is a hub so it's a quick train trip to anywhere in Tokyo. The English speaking hotel staff provide great local expert knowledge regarding sights, food, karaoke, transport. Lots to do and explore in Ueno. Loved this place!"

"Overall good. Clean, comfortable beds. Problems: 1) Very difficult to find the hotel as it is deep inside a residential area, especially if you are new to the place. 2) Bathroom and outside family room do not have enough space for clothes 3) Property managers were inflexible. We wanted to checkout a bit later as our flight was in the evening. They said that they will charge for every 30 mins - though we had paid very high price for 6 nights. "
