"無人のチェックインがやり難い上、前日に届くはずのメールが来なかった。QRコード or 6桁のコードを確実に届けて欲しい。施設に置かれている無人チェックイン機で、既に登録済みの住所、氏名等を再び入力させる無駄は省いて欲しい。部屋に置いてあるソファーとベッドの間が狭すぎる。"

"チェックイン・アウトの時間がエクスペディア掲載と後から届くメッセージとで違います。 チェックアウトが遅れると1時間につき追加料金がかかると言われましたが、正確な時間がわからず混乱しました。 建物は古いですが、部屋は清潔感がありました。マイクロファイバーのバスタオルとフェイスタオルがベッド台数分ありました。洗濯機は乾燥までできますが、かなり時間はかかりました。何故か柔軟剤だけ置いてあります。 キッチンにはフライパンやまな板、包丁、その他キッチンツールがあり、皿もあります。 テレビでYouTubeが視聴できたので、子供たちも楽しそうでした。"
