雷の影響で現在部屋でWi-Fiが使えないのは非常に困った ただスタッフの皆さんは親切でとても心地が良かったし、清掃も行き届いてる上に、景色も最高だった 大浴場もとても快適で、Wi-Fiが使えないのも許せるくらい素敵なホテルだった また指宿に来た際は泊まりたい

19時に2回ホテルに電話してもつなからない。温泉の効能を浴室内部に掲示して欲しい。 脱衣所の揺れる椅子は不用、長椅子を置いて欲しい。浴槽の温度は入口ではなく、それぞれの浴槽に掲示して欲しい。加湿器を置いて欲しい。テレビが小さすぎるのでは。
