"I had a room on the floor at the time of taking a shower there was no water. I had to go downstairs since they do not have phones to call the front desk. I was told to wait until someone came to fix the shower or shower at the other room I have reserved. The third floor has no ceiling for that at night the room is cold. I asked for a heater since they had a mini split and I was told it did not have the heating function. Then I asked for an extra blanket and it was also refused. The place is clean but not functional. Shower not working and no heater."
"Pls keep in mind that the property is not in the oasis itself. However Uber costs you just a few bucks to get there.
Room is fine, but ventilation seems to be an issue. Breakfast is just ok and served to the table."
