"O hotel é bom, a jacuzzi foi um dos motivos da escolha do hotel, e quando fomos usar não está disponível para o nosso dia. O chuveiro quente não funcionava. A suíte que ficamos era quente, conseguimos dormir com o ar condicionado direcionado para cama. Tivemos problema com o controle remoto da tv, mas eles trocaram. Staff é atencioso, porém é um valor muito alto para não usufruir do que é disponibilizado no fechamento do quarto. Na descrição quando contratamos tinha welcome drink, mas não tinha nenhuma no quarto. "

"The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. The rooms are well-kept and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the service at dining was very slow, when food or drinks were ordered it took some time, and it was only 4 of us ordering at the time. I can only imagine if it was busier.
