"We stayed here before an early morning flight back home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The location was excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the terminal. Only drawbacks were the pillows and the actual location of our exact room. There was only one available per person and they were so thin that we didn’t sleep well. Our room was also above the main entrance, and there were people outside talking until the early hours of the morning, which also impacted our sleep quality. Despite these two things, we would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Iceland and have a morning flight home."

"Exceptional luxury, incredible breakfast selection, and perfect location! We had a phenomenal stay at Hótel Jökulsárlón. The property is modern, sleek, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant, but the absolute standout was the morning breakfast buffet—the selection was massive, fresh, and the perfect way to fuel up before heading out early to watch the icebergs float by at the nearby lagoon. The hotel features an excellent wellness setup with a sauna and outdoor hot tubs; though we didn’t end up using them because we saved our soaking for the Earth Lagoon, they looked great. Excellent hospitality!"
