Santa Fe River Front, Luxury Retreat near Ginnie Springs and Ichetucknee
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful, relaxing vacation on the river. The home is clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and the citronella torches on the porch definitely kept the bugs at bay. We will definitely return!"
"A cool little spot to stay when visiting the local amenities. It has the coolest wrap around porch! Owner was super friendly and communicated throughout the stay. Flanders Retreat also offers keyed, private access to the 3 Rivers Estates. Once you check in be sure to take a peak at the whiteboard and 3 ring binder for all the perks that come along with your stay. Conveniently located near major attractions. It’s less than a couple miles to the Ichetucknee State Park south entrance. Highly recommend! "
Right on the River: Enjoy the Santa Fe + Ichetucknee Rivers from a Private Dock
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed at this beautiful property in July. The home has everything you could need during your stay. It’s right on the river and has a great dock with a huge swing to enjoy the beautiful sunsets! Everything you need to enjoy the river is provided. Kayaks, paddle boards, tubes and more. There is a fire pit and tree swing. There are deer all around the property and the fish literally jump out of the water! The property is close enough to town if you want to grab dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again! "
"We loved our stay here! The place was super spacious and had an absolutely amazing view. It was really close to Little River, which was so convenient. The owner was great with communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again!"
"FLOATS MY BOAT"- Suwannee River Home in Branford, FL, near area Springs, too!
10/10 Excellent
"If I could give this place a higher rating, I would. This place comes with absolutely everything you need and more. Nicely decorated and very well stocked. It has everything that you could need from linens, cookware, utensils, grill, games, ample seating, cleaning needs, and a beautiful screened in downstairs patio with tons of seating. It also has a beautiful dock that is very easy to get to. Teresa the host is amazing. If you have any questions, she gets right back with you right away. My family and I plan on going back several times. We LOVE this place. "
"Beautiful property - kids loved exploring and were outside the entire time; and parents loved the view and peace! We truly enjoyed our stay and will be back!! "
Located on the Santa Fe River perfect for boating & tubing on the Ichetucknee.
10/10 Excellent
"This place has everything for a family vacation. It’s clean, comfortable and the hosts have thought of everything in between to make the stay fun and easy. The access to the springs is perfect. But honestly my favorite part was cooking a family dinner in the huge kitchen with my brother in law, puzzling late at night with the grandparents, and games with the kids nieces and nephews. This place was the perfect place to make memories. "
