We drove around for 1/2 hour searching for this hotel, up and down dirt roads in a 4x4. Could not find it. Phoned the hotel, no answer. So we booked another hotel down the highway. Sure hope hotels.com refunds my purchase

GHL Hotel Lago Titicaca
Amazing, immaculate grounds and stunning views from front, back and room. Staff was very friendly, had the early check-in we requested ready on our arrival, quickly dealt with every issue. Just loved our stay. Would absolutely return.

The staff was amazing! Diego took excellent care of us and Hugo in the bar was great. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was very comfortable and we had a great view of the lake. We definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a place to stay in Puno. ...
