"Excellent property! We brought our family here for spring break. The home was immaculately clean inside and out. Grandkids enjoyed the deck, SLIDE and fire pit! Was a great central location for exploring the Caddo Lake ecosystem and area: lake tours, Jefferson for the day, hiking and canoing at Caddo Lake State Park. "

"AC good. Smelly carpet, peeling wallpaper, scratched up door, broken screen. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. It was affordable but you get what you pay for. Staff was nice enough."

It was so convenient rafting up to the houseboat with our boat. The night sounds on the lake were so nice - owls and other birds. We liked being next to Johnson's Marina. The people there are a great help if you're not familiar with the lake."
