"The lights did not work except in the bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty and did not get cold. And the room looked nothing like the pictures."

"Worst staff ever encountered. I made a booking with this property through Expedia 10 days before my travel. Check in time was 3 pm. There was nowhere mentioned that you cannot do a late check in. We reached the property at 9:30 pm and called them as their main office was locked from inside and no staff was available. It was all dark and lights were pretty much off. A lady picked up. I told her I have a booking with them. She just told me there are no rooms available, the last room they gave it to the person who just came in 5 minutes back and she hung up. Later on, the call was directly going over a voicemail. I sent couple of voicemails but never got any response back. I was traveling with my husband and 2 year and at 10 pm, because of this pathetic situation we were looking for another accommodation to spend the weekend. It was a Memorial Day weekend so mostly hotels/cabins were sold out. Would not recommend this property"

"This is our 3rd time at this cabin. Hubby and I love it. We use every amenity it has to offer. The location is great and it is very private. Nothing is better then sitting on the deck in the morning with coffee and watching the creek just outside. Check in and out is easy and the host sends you all the info you need in a timely manner. We will be back!"

"The hotel is in the middle of a renovation so it was a little rough. I'm sure that once it is fixed up and updated, it will be a nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great to work with. When we arrived to check in, our room was not ready and so the front desk person got us a different room right away. However, there were a couple of times when we went to get something from the front desk, no one was there, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to return. Another time we just called down and let them know what we needed. There were a couple of things that I had to bring to the staff's attention; the microwave did not work. The refrigerator kept defrosting the freezer part and the water would collect on the bottom of the shelf, making whatever we put on the bottom all wet. The air return vent was rather dirty and needed to be cleaned and the filter changed. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room comfortable. Breakfast was also good with coffee, juice, the standard eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, cereal, bread for toast, peanut butter and jelly, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, and bagels."

"This small cabin feels large and premium! We truly enjoyed our time here and it almost felt like we had our own little hideaway. The only drawback is that it sits on the edge of some new construction and there is quite a bit of construction traffic throughout the day. The early mornings and evenings were nice and quiet though. Once the other cabins around it are finished, I am sure it will be an almost perfect get away. My wife did want me to mention that some of the cabinets and the display on the dryer are set up pretty high and hard to see. It would be good to have a small step stool for vertically challenged people. We would definitely return to this cabin!"
