"This is a terrible hotel, and I would not recommend it. The bathroom was filthy. The caulking around the toilet was almost completely gone, and what was left was black. The towel holder was falling off the wall, and there was damaged Sheetrock where it had pulled away. The bathroom sink also did not drain properly. The pool was extremely small and overcrowded. The water was cloudy, and the chlorine was so strong that my eyes were hurting after only 20 minutes. They advertise that they serve Starbucks, but they do not. They only have a Starbucks machine, and it was broken. Staff said they did not know when it would be fixed. We also needed fresh towels and were told they did not have any available. We ended up having to ask one of the cleaning staff for extra towels. Overall, this is an old, rundown hotel that clearly needs a lot of work. I would not stay here again."

"This was my third time to stay at this property. Overall, this is a very nice location in the room rooms are spacious and clean, and I feel safe and taking care of when I stay here. There was just one staff member that was a little bit rude and not very welcoming and just didn’t seem at all friendly for some reason on the phone and in person she almost makes me not want to stay there again, even though I am impressed and like staying there. "

"The hotel was clean. The check in process was horrible. Our reservation could not be found, then there were issues running a card for incidentals (despite pre-paying online). After waiting 45 minutes, we finally left to get dinner and came back later to check in. There was only 1 staff member on duty and probably 8 people waiting to check in. No one else was able to solve the problem."

"The breakfast was wonderful! Manager’s Happy Hour was nice - entertainment both nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy but the shower/toilet area was small. Only complaint was the temperature in our room - it was too warm making it difficult to sleep. The a/c couldn’t seem to catch up. The night manager brought us a fan which helped some. Not sure if maintenance ever looked at it since we were not there during the day. "
