"There was no ice in the ice machine, we had no services the whole time we stayed there, had to go the front desk and ask for toilets, the parking lot was trashed , had roaches crawling in the bathroom and sleeping area and in the fridge. I was bad staying there"

"Very nice staff. Free breakfast was great. Happy Hour was a nice treat too! Close to Texas Tech University and had no issues with parking. "
