Citybox Brussels Centre Louise
Staff is basically nonexistent. Our towels and bedsheets had some stains on it and we tried to contact staff but no one answered. We went downstairs to talk to staff and no one was there either.

The property was spotless the ambulance was Cousy and the staff very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this property 100%
