Beautiful hotel, amazing staff. However, no where was it stated that you have to pay an additional $50 per room as a retainer. Would like to have been informed either on the website or in their welcoming email. Parking was a headache

Housekeeping were great, but the front desk were not very helpful. Asked for trash bags and said they didn’t have any but when I asked housekeeping, they gave me some. Sonesta Denver Downtown
There is no justification for $7 bottle water in the hotel lobby or $55 per night valet parking. Only tells the hotel only wants to exploit customers. It is not about cost but I what one gets for it. Sonesta will not be my first choice in the future
