Great hotel

A very nice retreat from the hustle of fes. Spent a couple of days here with my partner. The hotel is fantastic, decor, amenities and the front desk was very helpful.

This is more than just a hotel, this is a superbe alpine style resort with heart stunning decor and construction, it is the epitome of perfection, I would highly recommend you make a stop here and make it part of your Moroccan journey. it’s more than a stay, it’s an experience that will touch your senses and you’ll remember forever. The staff is the cream of the crop and attend to your every need before you even ask, the sauna is world class, the indoor heated pool is simply a joy. The rooms have a distinct home feel with a balcony overlooking a serene natural environment with birds flying overhead.

We loved the garden and the farm area, the resort is splendid. One small disadvantage is the fact that it's isolated from the city center. Must drive about 10 to 15 minutes if you need anything the hotel doesn't have. Small price to pay in exchange of the tranquility. Highly recommend it. Will go back

Nice service as always, but the food was bad!

The rooms, service, SPA etc. were excellent. But first evening we did eat at the international restaurant. One year back, when I last visited the hotel, this was a very good restaurant. The food was really bad! There were 7 people eating different courses, and nobody was happy with the meal My Gazpacho Fish Filets, the fish was hours away from turning really bad and I did need to ask for and put lemon, salt and pepper on it to be able to eat it. My meat main course was also tasteless. Until the hotel changes the chef, it is better to eat outside of the hotel.

Bad management

I booked garden view room and they gave me the worse room that having hotel entrance while my selected kig bed size was double beds fit next to each other making mid line between the two beds uncomfortable to sleep at all. When i asked them to change my room thay informed me that the hotel is fully booked. But when i check their web site there were many rooms available!!! Finally they told me that i got very cheap price online and if i want to change to better garden view room i should pay additional 1500 dirham!!! Totally unprofessional.
