"Many aspects were excellent. Main issue for tourists is location, so not advisable to book here unless desperate like us! 20 minute bus ride (good service) or £15 taxi to city centre. Maybe better if you are driving around. Little to do in neighbourhood except go to shopping mall. Breakfast and food of high quality, though expensive to eat in the restaurant. Rooms were high standard, though wi-fi not great on upper floors. Staff very helpful. Enjoyed our stay"

"Amazing central location, modern clean rooms. I had the Deluxe room w/ terrace, incredible views. Breakfast is fantastic. Restaurant good quality and affordable. Bar service brilliant (extra credits to the young Serbian chap who was very professional and caring) Room service non-invasive and spot on. Parking in Ljubljana is very expensive so I recommend parking at Parkirna hiša Trdinova, which is a 10 minute walk away. Parking here is 110EUR for 7 days with unlimited in/out access. Parking everywhere else is over 35EUR per day... Best hotel I've stayed at in Ljubljana. The park outside gets busy at night with.. vagrants but they are not a problem, police always monitor this area and never felt unsafe."

"Incredible place to stay . I enjoyed this place so much . I chose a low level single room with shared BR , that was really great . Comfortable bed , pillows , clean room and with staff cordial assistance they helped me with my luggage from a few steps to the room . The kitchen is well equipped, they have the reception fridge for my meds . Good latte at the bar . Towels are provided . Even the BR soap is good . Just bring hair conditioner. Balcony has a good view of the castle . Only 900 feet from Flix bus station , in the heart of central Ljubljana. Supermarket 2 blocks , plenty of entertainment,Awesome place to stay. Tap water is drinkable. Tea at the reception. Plenty of quiet places to sit and relax . I used the laundry and the iron . Great customer service."
