"Quando cheguei tive que desembarcar na rua, pois o portão estava fechado, mesmo vendo eu desembarcar com mala, dois funcionários estavam do lado de dentro, não ofertaram ajuda e nem abriram o portão. Primeira vez que chego em um hotel e o acesso de veículos está fechada. Internet não funcionava, tive que mudar de quarto, cartão de acesso não abriu a porta, tive que retornar na recepção para pegar outro. Horário do café da manhã encerrado muito cedo."
