If you come at night you should consider calling property managers first to help you access and to guide you as it’s a small village, it would be preferable to check in during the day."

Rooms were excellent and always clean, food was excellent and very authentic (also great portions). It was a quick taxi to the local gardens. "This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm. The staff got up early and served us breakfast before sunrise at 7:45 am as we were headed to Merzouga that morning."

"We couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel is out in the sticks, so you need transport to get around. The hotel is very helpful with arrangements, although it can get expensive. The Anima Gardens a 10 minute ride away, was worth visiting. The hotel is aging a little, but is very quaint and a good place to relax. It has solar as its primary power source, which tends to run low later on at night. That means that power and lights went out for us, which was interesting, but not too much of a hardship. The staff made it a truly good experience, so well done to them all."

"I paid for the night via credit card prior to arrival. I showed her my credit card statement and she said No you must pay now. It was complete bulls***. Dont stay here. Go anywhere else and only pay one time"
