I was without a car, and L'Abete is a quarter to a half mile away from the nearest good restaurants and sites. But it was a nice stay; and even better if you want some quiet rest time!"

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"From our arrival to our departure one week later our experience of Hotel Palladium was fantastic! Ariana & Gilberto made breakfast’s very welcoming & fun; Nicolai was super attentive around the pool; Anna Maria was very helpful around reception answering our many questions. It is a super friendly family run hotel with excellent rooms & a great poolside restaurant. Local great restaurants include La Pitrazza (must book in advance) & Ulive next to sports stadia in the park. Overall a memorable stay at Hotel Palladium. Highly recommended!"
