"Raffaella was an absolute pleasure, so helpful and charming. The property was just what we were hoping for with its accessibility to the various locales in the Piemonte area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was delightful in the service of the meal. I can’t say enough about this reservation and how wonderful it was. I would highly recommend it to everyone."

"I only rated this property a 4 because of the mattress, pillows and shower stall. The property is beautiful, well maintained and has stunning views! Breakfast was good and part of the room stay. A small complimentary bottle of wine is given to guests on day of arrival but there is no complimentary water. The beds were not comfortable. You could feel the wire coil springs when you lay down. The pillows are flat, so if you’re used to a soft pillow there are none. July is a very hot time of year and the room we stayed in was very warm (25 Celsius which is about 77 Degrees in F). There are too many mosquitoes to open windows to let cooler air in the evening. We had personal portable fans which we used to try to keep cool. We only stayed 2 nights so it was somewhat bearable. We did love the area. The hotel sits at the top of the mountain so definitely wear comfortable shoes to walk the hilly cobblestone paths"

"Quaint little hotel. Fantastic views. Very nice room with decent sized balcony. Comfy bed. Very comfy. Staff were brilliant. Efficient and friendly. Very nice breakfast selection. Super swiming pool. Great views again."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, easy to parking place,... we stayed 1 night but we really enjoyed to stay. The only thing there is a kind of smell in bathroom. If i go there i definetely to choose again for just sleeping."
