The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please just pile any used towels on the floor in the bathrooms. When stripping beds, just place used linens on the floor in the bedroom. No need to strip mattress cover unless soiled.
Please close any open windows.

Non-guests may not spend the night without prior approval. No sleeping on couches. A queen air mattress is available upon request.
If bringing dogs, they absolutely may NOT be left alone in the house without being in a crate. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
