"Highly value-for-money! The experience was worth every dollar paid. Service staff were polite and helpful. If you are an onsen-goer, its onsens are some of the best. 4 pools, 2 indoor (1 is a cold bath) and 2 outdoor. There is also a sauna. There is free ice cream after onsen and supper every night! Ask for Oomori if you would like a large bowl. Free washing machine with detergent too. Most importantly, it is just beside Izumo JR Station. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I stayed for two nights at this wonderful hotel, and it was the highlight of our trip! The room was spotless, the staff service was impeccable, and a huge selling point was the private baths (there's 5 of them) as we both have tattoos. Get the meal package if you can; the food is also amazing. Would come back here again in a heartbeat! "

"C'est un endroit exceptionnel: personnel disponible et souriant, buffet complet et délicieux, Onsen très chaud. Grande Chambre très bien équipée. Petit détail : j'aurais aimé un deuxième oreiller, je n' ai pas demandé peut -étre que l'on me l'aurait accordé. Autre petit détail : une barre de soutien dans la salle de bain serait apprécié vu la profondeur de la baignoire."

"High quality business-class stay, wonderful city views of Miyoshi, comfortable extremely clean room, silent refrigerator, fast wifi and wired Internet, late check-out service available for nominal fee, full restaurant open weeknights. Front desk freely offered excellent (top quality) service throughout my three day stay. "
