"When I arrived the staff were rude and unhelpful and there were maintenance issues when I mentioned them the staff were unhelpful and rude. It was that bad a stay I cancelled the further booking I had at this hotel."

"Great breakfast variety"

"It was just okay. The breakfast was hit and miss and was cold a lot of times. A number of the staff members were quite moody, especially the check in staff. The male porters were quite lovely though. The water in my room was never hot but manageable as Luke warm. Overall, my stay was okay. I had booked 5 days initially with the intention on booking a further week if I liked it. I ended up checking out as planned, and went to another hotel. "

"My stay was excellent overall—everything from the ambiance to the service exceeded expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff were consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming. The only minor drawback was a few glitches with the tech-heavy room controls, which were occasionally a bit tricky to navigate. That said, the staff responded promptly and resolved the issues quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay again."

"I was quite impressed with the quality and maintenance of the facilities. The shower was a particular delight - the best rainfall shower i have used in a hotel for long time! Everyone from the parking lot attendant, the reception staff to the lift attendants were friendly, polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and was quite tasty. I'll definitely be back."
