The team checking us in and managing our stay was excellent, informative, and extremely helpful with not only information about the property, but with getting around town, etc. The accommodations were clean and beautiful, and very spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed, and made cooking dinner a breeze. The beds and linens were comfortable, and there was plenty of room for our entire family to relax. We enjoyed having access to the pool and spa while there, and parking was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay again."

The hotel is let down by some minor issues: small boot/ski room, poor cooked breakfast options, limited hot water and spa areas dominated by children at all times. "
