"The room was clean, beds very comfortable and shower was great! The mini fridge did not keep food cold, and the hair dryer didn’t work. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Pool was lovely, also very clean. Aside from room amenities, only other issue was that their phones were down. I called multiple times en route to ask a question and didn’t get through. Would have been helpful to have a notice of some sort on their web page or Facebook page letting people know that they won’t pick up the phone!"
