New architect house located in the heart of Ile Tudy, on the edge of the Pont l'Abbé river, West exposure. Living area: 100m2. RT 2012 standard.
EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION for this holiday home: superb sunsets, back and forth from boats and birds from the nearby bird sanctuary.
