"The concierge Bogdan was extremely knowledgeable and highly educated and able to help with museum suggestions - some even more esoteric. His recommendations and overall kind and professional demeanor was one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary as was the service once again. The spa experience was also excellent."

"This was our second year staying here, and it was just as great as the first. Booking the family suite with breakfast included is definitely the way to go—the food is excellent, and my family absolutely loves the store on-site. The entire staff, from the reception team to everyone else, is wonderful. A special shoutout to Kavinda, who went above and beyond during breakfast to help out with the kids' requests. We will definitely be back!"

"Rooms were very clean, but quite small. We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each, but 1 room had just 1 bed. Expedia said “sleeps 3”. How do 3 people fit into 1 queen bed? They had no other rooms for us, so 1 kid had to sleep on the floor. We were excited for the pool, but they wanted 10 euros each to use it!! On the plus, it had an amazing buffet breakfast. Free airport shuttle."
