"Fasano Angra dos Reis delivers on the luxury experience. The rooms are excellent and the facilities - sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor pools are top tier. The one area that falls short: food options. For a resort this remote (and this caliber), two restaurants and a café isn’t enough. The main restaurant is Italian and genuinely good, but there’s no variety, minimal healthy or gluten-free alternatives, and given the location, you’re not really leaving the property for meals. "Location is right across from the speed boat to Ilha grande. A supermarket is right next door. Free parking. Room is very simple, TV and heat dosn't work, no hot water for Shower. No sounds providing for sleeping. Breakfast was decent, but the bees are pretty active at the Breakfast bar."
