Acomodação perfeita para desfrutar de momentos em família. A casa é muito bem estruturada, ar-condicionado em todos os cômodos, ambiente limpo e harmonioso, a piscina limpa, o gramado bem cuidado, a localização da casa fica em uma area muito boa da praia. Sr Antônio sempre solícito. A Sra. Nicélia sempre prestativa com as nossas necessidades. Superou as expectativas de toda a minha família. Todos da família ficaram bem acomodados, pois era a minha maior preocupação. Foi um final de semana MARAVILHOSO!!!!!!! Indico a casa para todos que buscam um momento de lazer ao lado de pessoas queridas.

Tive um ótima experiência na realização da confraternização de meu grupo de pesquisa na casa de Nicélia. A casa é perfeita. Linda, confortável, arejada, ótima piscina com bar. O Antônio (caseiro) é bem atencioso e prestativo. A Nicélia tbm é bem simpática e prestativa. Pretendo voltar quantas vezes for possível, srsrs.

Levei a igreja Evangélica Congregacional de Poço Fundo-PE, amamos a casa super confortável, casa em ótima estado, piscina bem tratada, o caseiro uma ótima pessoa. Super Recomendo, todo ano agente viaja com a turma essa foi a primeira vez pra essa casa em Itamaracá, que sera a primeira de varias vezes agora, ano que vem voltaremos sim assim Deus permitir.

Momentos maravilhos como igreja. Fizemos um retiro espiritual e pudemos desfrutar do conforto, estrutura e beleza da casa e dé Itamaracá. Recomendo pra qualquer família ou grupo que precisa de dias para buscar a Deus ou descansar do corre-corre da vida. Feliz pelo tempo que passamos na casa. E parabéns pelo caseiro. Sempre prestativo.

Alugamos para o fim de semana e realizamos nosso casamento no fim de uma linda tarde do sábado na área do campinho de futebol. Proprietária extremamente solicita e idônea. Toda a negociação foi feita através do WhatsApp e envio de contrato e comprovantes por email de forma rápida e prática. Nossos familiares próximos se hospedaram muito bem na casa e demais convidados (familiares e amigos) se hospedaram no Hotel Orange e em outras duas pousadas próximas. Caseiro educado e solicito. Recomendo bastante!

A casa é linda, confortável, acomoda 30 pessoas com folga, o caseiro é uma pessoa maravilhosa, atencioso, dedicado, dona Nicelia proprietária apesar de não ter conhecido pessoalmente também super atenciosa. A casa fica tipo numa vilinha uns 50 km de recife mais compensa bastante se hospedar lá. Minha família adorou a estadia, pretendemos voltar com certeza. Aluguel super seguro, pode confiar.

Alugamos a casa para confraternização do nosso Setor e realmente a casa é um espetáculo. encontramos tudo como é descrito no site e a estrutura da casa é melhor ainda pessoalmente. o Caseiro é muito educado e atencioso, sem falar que a casa tem uma estrutura de lazer completa. a casa está altamente recomendada e já estamos nos preparando para alugá-la novamente no próximo ano. Levei minha família para passar dois dias nesse paraíso. A casa tem uma estrutura maravilhosa. A começar pela proprietária D. Nicélia,muito educada,sempre procurando se adaptar com as nossas necessidades,o caseiro Antônio,sempre atencioso e gente fina demais. O imóvel ficou acima da nossa expectativa, Muito organizado, Limpo, Tudo funcionou perfeitamente, Parabenizar a proprietária Srª Nicélia, muito educada, contrato bem objetivo e transparente, o que demonstrou a seriedade da proprietária. Excelente imóvel para temporada, estrutura muito boa e atendimento impar. A proprietária é uma pessoa idônea, educada e atendeu nossa estadia além do que foi contratado; o caseiro Sr. Antonio muito atencioso e prestativo e a D. Nalva acima da expectativa. we stayed here with our whole family for Christmas holiday till beginning of January. The house is great, we spend a lot of time at the pool table :) a lot of space and equipped with all necessary (kitchen) tools. Location is fantastic, direct at the beach. Each room has sea view, you wake up with sun shine and lovely noise of the ocean. Antonio is the gardener but he's also a great Churascero, very nice guy, very helpful. The owner is also a really nice and honest person which will help you in any way she can. I can recommend this place to everybody. Enjoy! :) Ad, Monique Schoonen & Family
