Location was good, and breakfast was excellent, but there was a problem with our room's door, it did not close properly, we asked for help, they did help us but didn't give us a real solution to feel that our things were safe! Also, after they supposedly cleaned our room, I found hairs on the shower wall and the whole bathroom did not looked very clean. There was no time to use the pool, but it looked dirty and I wouldn't have used it for this reason. I think this place is somehow overrated and the pictures are not the actual status of this place. It is very expensive for what you really get.

For Health and safety reasons do not stay there
The accommodation was in a terrible state... ants on the floor, mould and dirt in bathroom, excrements in the toilet ... we were 5 people traveling and had booked 3 rooms. The suite one couple had was the worst. We all decided to leave there and then The man at the reception could have not been nicer and advised of making a complaint and taking pictures to back up complaint Seperate to this review complaint and pictures to follow and we are hoping for full refund as we didn’t stay there

Escolha errada, inacessível!
A Pousada fica em meio a natureza e a vista é linda, porém inacessível para quem tem problema de acessibilidade que foi o nosso caso. A escadaria para acessar a recepção, os quartos e todas as áreas do hotel é imensa e ingrime e nada nos foi avisado anteriormente. Não tinham outro quarto para nos oferecer e o nosso era na parte de cima, com uma iluminação péssima (lâmpada queimada inclusive), além do cheiro de mofo muito forte. Não deu para ficar.

Nossa experiencia foi péssima, o estabelecimento não é como nas fotos, não possuia wi-fi no nosso quarto no dia, buracos pelas paredes, frigo bar quebrado, portas sem fechar , muitos pedreiros e eletricistas sem identificação ou cracha, piscina com muitas entulhos em volta, portas não fecham direito o que da sensação de insegurança total. Mudamos de pousada no mesmo dia e o proprietario se recusa a reembolsar, estamos ajuizando.

A Pousada tem um visual incrível, mas precisa de muita manutenção. Colchão velho, algumas coisas quebradas. Enfim, precisa de manutenção de forma geral. O serviço foi ótimo, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã excelente.

NEM CHEGAMOS À NOS HOSPEDAR. MUITO PRECÁRIO!
Não existe condições de se hospedar em uma pousada dessa, ainda mais se for com bebê ou estiver gestante. Fizemos a reserva para passar somente uma noite, de 22/12/19 à 23/12/19, pelas fotos do site, é um lugar muito aconchegante e muito bonito, com vista pro mar e tudo mais, mas, quando chegamos lá, por volta das 15:00, o funcionário que estava na recepção disse que estavam sem internet e não estavam conseguindo localizar as nossas reservas, porém, depois de muito esperar, ele conseguiu localizar a reserva de 2 quartos, que na verdade eram 3, pediram 30 min. para que um outro quarto fosse preparado pra nós, pois bem, depois de 30 min. de espera, nosso quarto estava pronto, com os travesseiros sem fronha, a cama sem lençol, os quartos cheiravam a mofo, haviam inúmeras goteiras na janela da sacada, os banheiros sujos, os frigobares em péssimo estado, o chão com madeiras estragadas pareciam que desabariam a qualquer momento, cortinas mofadas e empoeiradas, a área da piscina totalmente abandonada, a piscina estava até verde e a justificativa do funcionário é que a água da piscina é filtrada pela cachoeira, FALA SÉRIO! Há muitas escadas, muitas mesmo, sujas e lisas pela quantidade significativa de limbo e mato, sem contar tantas outras coisas ruins que vimos por lá. A Ilha é linda, já fui outras duas vezes e com certeza voltarei, mas passarei LONGE dessa pousada. À menos que seja fechada para uma reforma total, não há condições de hospedagem. Estamos aguardando reembolso!!

Decepcionada
Ficamos decepcionadas com a limpeza do local, uma estrutura grande, mas sem funcionarios p manter limpo.Sem contar com a agua verde da piscina, segundo os funcionarios é normal.Eu como enfermeira Sanitarista te digo que nao é normal.Vocês poderiam ir analisar...enfim...sem contar o café da manhã, que além de nao ter muitas opcoes, ainda fica exposto e dividimos com passarinhos no local...onde depois o funcionario vem e guarda aquele pao que os passarinhos já bicaram.Enfim...muito triste um hotel próximo a Vila ser este relaxo.
