Incredible value for money and we had efficient and timely customer service. In addition, when we needed help with a pharmacy purchase, the front desk was immediately on it and helped us have it resolved in 15 minutes. The breakfast had a good variety and great tapioca. The beautiful sea right outside and close to everything, super convenient. I highly recommed!

The people working there are very nice! The place is average and I only stayed one night on my way to another city. I would not chose this hotel to stay for a vacation. The area is horrible and not that nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for one night. I didn’t like the food either!!! I give five stars to all the members of staff, they are very friendly and if it wasn’t for them I’d rate this place even lower!!!

Quarto limpo, porém com bastante formiga, em um dia da minha estadia, ao sair do hotel pela manhã, ao retornar a tarde o quarto não tinha sido limpo, ao reclamar na recepção, demorou mais de 1 hora para finalizar a limpeza, os funcionários a maioria deles muitos atenciosos, café da manhã perfeito. Bar muito bom!

Quarto com tamanho bom, estava limpo e com condições boas. Não achei a cama confortável. Apenas 1 travesseiro por pessoa. Não há shampoo e condicionador nos boxes. Atendimento no check in demorado. A estrutura da parte comum do hotel é muito bonita e bem cuidada. Ótima opção para quem tem criança.

Hotel antigo porem bem consevado com a manutenção das areas comuns em dia. Piscina pequena e com escorregador que atendeu bem meu filho de 7 anos porem hotel estava bem vazio. Meu umico infortunio na diaria foi com relação ao ar-condicionado que nao estava funcionando. Solicitei auxilio e posteriormente a troca de quarto. Porem demorou demais e acabei desperdiçando boa parte da minha hospedagem tentando resolver esse problema que acredito que poderia ter sido resolvido muito mais rapido pela recepção.

O quarto é amplo, iluminado e arejado. A limpeza e o cuidado com os jardins é patente em todas as áreas da propriedade. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e pró ativos. As ofertas de comida para uma só pessoa são raríssimas.... uma pena... O café da manhã é variado e completo, os produtos são repostos com frequência, tudo fresquinho e saboroso.
